Paris didn't steal the song 'Stars are blind', but she released a song before that, it was called 'screwed', this was the song that she stole from Haylie Duff.
I also have no idea why Haylie made a big deal out of it, the song was sooo fukinn crap, and it didn't even go any where, it was that UNSUCCESSFUL.

I don't really know if she stole the actual song. I think she might have stole the idea. If she took the actual words and title then she could be in trouble, but I think she just stole the idea. Something like this happened to them before. They were fighting to get the rights to the song screwed. Wow...i guess they like to steal ideas from eachother!
