I'm interested in applying at a courthouse, how can I find out if they are hiring?

You call the city/county/whatever and ask where they have their publically posted job openings. Our counties post them on their websites. There is also a public building that will have them all posted - it varies where. One county puts them all right outside the HR dept. doors, the other posts them actually in the courthouse.

Most of these are state jobs or county jobs, so check your county or state website.
