Duuuuuuuh..............Yes! If FEMA didnt give it to them, they're not supposed to have it. Those trailers are for housing the people made homeless by a naturale dissaster. If you no longer needed it, you should have contacted FEMA and let them know.

I would hope it is. I'm tired of supporting everyone. Quit depending on the government
