They get aroused just at the thought of you pleasing yourself then they feel left out. Next time, try telling him that you have when you haven't or are thinking about pleasing yourself then maybe he'll want to and you can have an orgasm. Or, just tell him that you can't promise you'll have another orgasm but will certainly put effort into it. It is not uncommon to have sex without having an orgasm everytime or having multiple one's for that matter. Good Luck!

If you are "pleasing yourself" in front of him.........it is turning him on. So then he wants sex. If you can not orgasm again, start by him trying to please you first next time, and then please yourself while he watches. Then give him sex.

Well, tell him that you come first and continue doing what you are doing and don't mind him...If you have some energy left then you can have sex if not, he then has to pleasure himself.
Just do what feels right.
