Why would anyone vote for her? She hasn't done anything except travelling the world at our expense delivering messages. Colin Powell was much more effective.

She has virtually no political experience but if she ran against Hillary I think she would win. Mostly because people like me would vote anyone in office just to keep that seat as far away from Hillary Clinton as possible.
Personally I think she would make a perfect vice president the next term....gain some experience and then perhaps later become the first female president.

Regardless of whether she has the leadership capabilities
needed to be President, she would not win against any of
the likely candidates to oppose her because she is too
tightly associated with the current President's failed policies.
If things change considerably in the Middle East, perhaps she
could get a foothold, but she'll never get the support of the
moderate Republicans over someone like John McCain, so
it is unlikely she'd ever get past the primaries, and in the
national election, the Democrats would only need to put up
her picture next to pictures of the destruction going on there
right now. It would take a pretty un-coordinated democrat
(though I admit, there are plenty of them) to lose to her.
Much of this, I don't consider her fault - but she is too
intimately associated with the current failed administration
to win. Can you imagine Colin Powell winning? Same
reason.

Change is always good. History shows that we have never had a female president or even someone who is not "white." So venturing outside of the norm and nominating Condeleeza would be a good thing. It would be refreshing to have different views. Now, whether or not I vote for her would depend upon what she brings to the table. What would be her goals as president? Let's go over her track record. Those things would contribute to my decision to cast a vote in her favor.
Condelezza being nominated would be an interesting change for our country.

Unfortunately, yes, she would, and for all the wrong reasons: Cheney and Bush would want to keep some sort of power within the Administration and they will do whatever it takes to get her to win. It'll be a shame too since she'll not only be the first woman, but the first black president in history, and it'll all be because a couple of rich people want to get richer.

She'd have to run as a Democrat, the Republicans would never nominate a black woman as a candidate (or at least until after there had already been a black woman President).
oh, yeah, if she ran as a Democrat, I would probably vote for her.

I would vote for her. Of course there might be a better person. If she was running as the Reb Candidate I doubt there is anyone in the Dem Party who could beat her. I think there may be some other Republicans who might beat her in the primaries though. (Who would she pick as a running mate?)

Can you imagine a redneck NASCAR loving CON casting a vote a CONGO-leezza or any black man or woman? They would literally be throwing the election away if they put CONGO on the ticket.
