1) To forward the email without the list, first hit "forward" (which will place a copy in your email... Then hilite the area with the email addresses (with mouse) and delete the hilited area.
2) An alternative is to cut & paste from the original email into a new message; just the areas you want sent.
3) You should also educate the person that originally sent you the email about the "bcc" option which adds recipients without exposing their email addresses to all. Most recipients would appreciate NOT having their email addresses sent allover since this helps spammers get 'em!

Click on "Forward" then highlight and delete the list of names. Then when you enter addresses BCC. This blocks the addresses you are sending to
