She needs to see a dentist and a doctor.
Dental problems and health problems can cause bad breath.
Also, brush tongue as well as teeth.

Halitosis is a serious problem related to certain habits such as: smoking, drinking, and other factors related to diet and hygiene. Have your friend to drink lots of water throughout the day. Make sure to carry gum or mints. She may need to see a dentist because of decaying within the gum or teeth. When she brushes her teeth; make sure its done twice a day and gargle, followed by flossing. Oh yeah, don't forget to tell her to brush her tongue also.

People also have a problem when they are dieting or fasting; and it could be a sign of a medical problem.
Good luck!

Sometimes, bad breath can be a sign of another medical/dental problem. I would encourage her to see a dentist.

Maybe she has calitosis? She should see a dentist that is a real medical issue if she does. Just tell her that you are worried about her. Be nice about it.
