Ok, well emails are quicker, but letters are lovely, picking your paper and writing it nicely! But although I do like to write letters, am afraid I just tend to write an email or text!

Depends on what you are doing. Email gets there instantly but if you want it to be more on a personal level, I would write a letter.

Is it not possible to talk face to face instead?
Personally, I prefer letters to emails- don't you think it's nice to get something other than a bill through the post?

It depends on what it is for. If it is something of high importance, I'd say a letter. If it is just a note, try e-mail.

That depends on the subject and who you want to write to.
Be more specific.
