Several people are being emulated, someone has a password stealing program or hack of some type and is using it. The use seems undirected, homophobes and gays are both being targetted. There have been posts from Randy, from Julia and from other people that are totally out of character. I am withdrawing as of now from Yahoo Answers until the problem is resolved. I am also notifiying Yahoo by phone.

Reynolds Jones

it's not hard to make a clone account. when you create your nickname on answers, it doesn't check to see if it's being used already. so... calm down! I bet you read books on how Bush peronally planned 9/11 so he could take over Iraqi oil companies.

Awwww, don't leave...I like your answers. And I think by leaving you're doing just what the imposters want you to do.
Also, I don't think it's necessarily true that Yahoo's security has been breached. If that were true, then the real users wouldn't be able to get into their own accounts. These people are just creating new accounts with a similar username.
As for me, I'm just going to report and ignore them. If Yahoo gets enough complaints, then they'll have to address the problem sooner or later.
