include on the cd that will enable someone to read the files in Adobe Acrobate if the do not have Adobe Acrobate loaded on their PC. In othr words I wish it to automatically load Adobe Acrobate on their PC.

Yes, you can download the Adobe install file and include it on the CD.

I recommend putting it in it's own folder, away from your folder of information.
