If you're only going to rely on one source, I would recommend the BBC. On the web especially, you have constant updates, you have reports from both sides, analyses, archives, interviews. The link for world news is http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/index.shtml.
Not only is it independent of any commercial sponsors, it is savvy and experienced. I aso like The Independent, another British paper, a lot.
If you read French, Le Monde (http://www.lemonde.fr/) is excellent. They may have an English version.
If you want to see what each side is saying, Al-Jazeera http://english.aljazeera.net/HomePage, and Haaretz (http://www.Haaretz.com). You'd be amazed at how even the Israeli press is more sensible and senstive to the Arab side than Fox News (I am Arab, btw). I am not recommending either Al-Manar of Hezbollah or the Jerusalem Post, which is very conservative Israeli, both too extreme, unless you can put up with venom.
Sorry, I don't watch TV. These are all websites.

The Media has a Press Pool and most of the news is distributed from this source.

Google News. The feature story might not be the most current, but you can click on the other sources tab and it will show you any other web page discussing the event you want along with the time it was created/ updated so you can find the most current.

Fox news! I've watched them all and even if you don't always agree
with them they are the most accurate "fair and balanced" out
there. Unfortunately we live in a country where are media is
mostly biast. They are all owned by people with political agendas.

you've gotta go to various sources and weed out what you can . . . the internet, with al jazeera, the bbc and perhaps the new york times are a good bed, and on TV, try CNN or the evening news reports on ABC/NBC -- good luck though. there's really nothing balanced out there.

CNN, or MSNBC for american versons of the news and Aljazeera.net, the arabian broadcasting company, are probably your best bets.
