every county has a tax assessor, or real estate section...go and google first your county and then look for property tax office, there is a record of everyone who pay, buys, sells, RE

I do this for my company a lot so always go to the county website if they have one. Than look for the assessors office. In there look for the general plan or something around those lines. Call that number and ask how to to a APN search on a certain property they can help you with this.
