That's new a girl buying drinks. No you don't nee dto tell her but you also shouldn't just flirt with her to get drinks. If you had told her she probably would still keep buying you drinks in hopes of turning you straight later that night.

you got some drinks out of it. if you see her again you can tell her, and offer to buy her some drinks to make up for it. but no one should expect you to do anything just because they bought you booze.
