I like some Panic! at the Disco songs but In my opinion Green Day is Way Better!!! They are both really good, though.

Personally, I've taken a liking to Panic! At the Disco recently, but I still like Green Day.

green day is much better.... they started off as true punk and have been around for 16+ years. some people say they aren't "punk" anymore but true fans will be loyal no matter what happens (well okay as long as they don't go hip-hop or rap THAT would be scary)
sorry but i really don't like panic! they are kind of a rip-off it seems and they are similar to fallout boy. some of their songs are okay though.

Green day, they've been around much longer and their music is better.
I'm not saying that I don't like Panic, just that Green Day is better.
