No - its a common mistake to imagine you'd be injured in some way by being hit by a badger travelling at 200mph. The truth is badgers are actually made of the softest material known to man. On impact with your chest the whole of the badger would bend around you like a wobbly jelly. It might tickle a bit, and the Badger might be a tad annoyed but on the whole you would live. However, a word of warning; Although they are tissue-soft, Badgers hold grunges, and they are dab hands at hot wiring vehicles. Do you really want to see a angry Badger with murder in his eyes bearing down on you from the inside of a stolen 18-wheeler? I thought not.
Put your cannon away and take up fly fishing instead.

The badger would liquidise as it passed through 150mph as this is the atomic speed limit for wildlife of this size. All the victim would get is wet and stinky.

wouldn't you get a bit suspicious of a bloke stiffing a badger in a cannon and pointing it at you?

My friend just tried it. He was going to answer your question but he got de-limbed instead and he is dead now. So there is your answer.

Dunno, but suggest you give it a go and find out.
But leave the badger out of the deal - I happen to like badgers.
