Every since I was 19, I started growing hair inside my vagina. My mom told me it was hereditary, but I hate it. How can I safely remove it? I used to shave it with a Bic shaver, but the stubble gave my boyfriend Al barber's rash. Would waxing work?

This is a question I'd ask my doctor or gynecologist. Certainly they've seen it before and might have a good answer for you. I know I saw an ad on tv for a new medication (by prescription only) that could completely and forever remove facial hair in women. It might be worth a try to find out what drug company makes it and contact them to see if they did any trials or studies on using it in that area or not.

Never heard of hair inside the vagina.. but if you have it, do not use any type of hair remover.. use shaving cream and shave it..

Good golly, Miss Molly.... I thought the Wooley Mammoth was the only known mammal to have hair in its vagina... Go for the permanent removal... laser or electrolysis... the latter probably the most preferable.

Don't do anything. Go see an esthetician. Ask for a brezilian bikini. She'll use wax but not the same on we use for legs. Don't shave it anymore.

ouch that would hurt. they now have Lazar hair removal. that one treatment removes the hair for ever. It is painless. You should look into. I have looked into for my daughter who is almost 12. She has way to many eye brows and some of the hair is long and black. we shave and wax... but sometimes I miss and shave to much.. she has blong hair the back eye brows stand out.

I wouldn't recommened waxing.But you should look into sugaring. Here in Canada we refer to it as L & A sugaring. It may be a little painful...but beauty is pain ! Good luck.

yeah waxing would proabably be safe cuz its just sugar and wax- but i would ask your gyn, give her a call before you do anything....i wax, but i havent got THAT close to my area...
i mean, if you have SHAVED it whoa ok i would have probably tried waxing before i wouldnt even think about puting a knife down there....YIKES.

laser hair removal is probably safest, but you could look into waxing
