I can understand your not wanting to have sex when you seem to get headaches after. Can't make for having any great desire.
Headaches during or after sex in which orgasm take place is very common due to the sudden change in your body’s blood pressure and blood flow as well as the muscle contractions that take place in your head and neck area during sexual intercourse.
Here is 2 sites I found that may explain why you have them:

I would def. consult a doc. about it. But if I'd have to say it's just because you body is running out of energy afterwards. Try eating more veggies and fruits with natural sugar to energize you. Then, before you start having intercourse with him for now on, take an Excedrin migrane so by the time you both are done no headache!!! Water is also good for headaches. Noting that it may be dehydration after that "workout". ;) For that "Also,. . " part, you get headaches that obviously REALLY bother you afterwards!!! You probably just unconciously don't want to because of that exact same reason.
