Yes, it's perfectly fine to feel a sensation there and no-it does not mean that you are gay. That is normal, there are alot of nerve in and on the anus, plus the mans prostate is inside, which is considered the male g-spot. Most men would say it is not normal because they are homophobic and are not in touch with the pleasures of the body.
