Well considering two thirds of the population is from CHINA, we would end up ruled by the Chinese!

We (White western types) account for only 10% of the worlds population and yet control 91% of wealth creation etc etc.

Enough talk of total world democracy, we would be an opressed minority.

You are like one of those tourists that are just completely out of season,or American,but what a question scary person.Are we not assuming the big powers aren't running the show.Can you imagine the World under one ruler.That is the power of the net.You make me want to disconnect.Oh! and who would the one ruler be ,BelziBOB

It depends on who was voting, if the 20% that didn't vote for them happened to be all the wealthy people, then no they wouldn't have to listen.

it would depend on the electoral colleges which shws it doesnt matter how high the percent of people want what...the electoral colleges win.
