Towards the end of my period, I get one really bad cramp. Its awful; my legs go numb and I feel like I'm spacing out. I pass a lot of clots when this happens and it signals the end of my period.
Anyone else have that too?
Just wondering.

I seem to have the same symptoms. On the day before my cycle normally end, it seems like I go off my period for that day and I don't have any actually bleeding but only the brownish discharge that comes after the bleeding has subsided. And this makes me think that my period is over. Then all of a sudden on the next day, I start having bright red bleeding, clots, and bad cramps that may last about 15-30 minutes. Then in a couple hours all of this will stop. I always know when this happen it is the end of my period. In other words it seem like I have come on for a second time. The pains with this is actually worse to me. I also wondered what could be causing this to happen.

no i have cramps the first 2 days and the first 4 hours or so of my period are awful and sometimes i throw up from the pain and cramps. that is wierd that you have that, talk to a doctor, or maybe its nothing......

no actually mine is like the first day cramps but not to may blood clots if you get to many birthcontrol pills will help
