make sure your products are updated
run a scan with both of them, but not at the same time
if they don't find anything, get an antivirus

System Mechanic is a very good administrative software which has so many inbuilt features and among them is 'Stop Web Popups' which stays on alert in your tray and blocks most of the websites and ad servers.

And if any website or adserver is not listed then you can also add it to your block list through easy steps, even i used to have some problem with the popups while downloading cracks, patches and keygens from various websites, now everythings under control.

the best thing to do is to format your windows drive and install a fresh copy and becarful from using the internet... try to use a lite antivirus (i recommand kasprasky or panda) and also use spyware doctor it has a pop up blocker for safe using for the internet..

you have too many anti-virus programs running. use the one your isp gives for free and/or spyware doctor, but that's it.

remove some of them, run a scan disk, defrag, and restart your system, see if that works.

oh, and don't forget your pop-up blocker.

Computer Slow

Download and then run startup.exe (FREEWARE) at:

http://www.mlin.net/startupcpl.shtml......

Can't live without it and windows...

Then disable and/or uninstall whatever u don't need.

Other things to try:

1 - Disk Cleanup (removal of temp files, cookies, etc.)
2 - Defrag
3 - Registry Cleanup (CAN BE VERY RISKY!)

ALL ELSE FAILS - RELOAD YOUR O/S (WINDOWS) AND THEN REINSTALL ALL OTHER PROGRAMS YOU NEED/USE!
