In Nassau, do your children have to be in a car seat?

We are going to Atlantis with a child just under 2 years old. What is there requirements for child safety seats?

If your child is under two years of age, you should have him or her in a car seat reguardless of the laws.

the law says they should be... but in Nassau, the law says a lot of things that are not enforced by the local police.
