If you are her best friend, you should tell her. She should be a grown up about it and put parental control on her computer. If you tell her and she gets mad and you have a falling out, she is too immature to be a real mother and that is the sad part. Parents can't trust kids anymore. If he has already found it, he won't let it go. It is like putting a playboy on a stool in the corner and then telling him not to look at it. A parental control will not take away anything he needs for school or etc. Just sexual stuff and it might include chat rooms. But that's just life.

Taken away! Absolutly not! However, the best thing to do would be to place the computer in a room where the mom can moniter the activities of the children on the internet. SHe also needs to talk seriously with her son and deal with the issue that way. Taking children away from their parents is something that should be the result of true physical/sexual abuse or otherwise endangering the child's welfare (i e squlaor living conditions and stuff like that).

You are right, his parents should have done something a long time ago. It is called parenting! One female that answered your question said, NO the parent should not do anything, but later in life, when either she or her daughter is raped, she will have become the victim.
Prono sites actually degrade the female, and with all of the negative crap that males lay on females, to include RAPE, Sex slave, forced prostitution ( young kidnapped boys and girls),
women tricked, thinking they are getting a job, then end up on their backs. On and ON and ON!
That child does not have parents, he has Losers!

NO SHE JUST TELL HIM TO TO STOP AND CHECK UP ON HIM EVERY NOW AND THEN... AND TAKE DA COMPUTER OUT HIS ROOM INTO A PUBLIC PLACE SO SHE CAN SEE HIM
