I don't need to pronounce it, but I want to write I love you on a card in Japanese. Kanji, katakana, hiragana, it doesn't really matter which. Also, I know it makes a difference since I'm a female saying it to a male.

I already found that site, but it's not much help since I only see little squares where the characters are.

Try the links below, but understand that Japanese people don't often say this, or at all. I do with my fiance, who is from Osaka, but only in English.

If you only see little squares, then you need to right click on your browser window (if you use Internet Explorer, I mean) and pull up a think that says, "Encoding" and then go to "More" and select "Japanese." That should help you. You may need your Windows installation disc to do that though.

to your boyfriend- aisiteru, 愛してる
to a guy you are in love, but not yet your boy friend- sukidesu, 好きです(愛してる sounds very passionate!)

or you can use other words too.
大好き/本当に好きです/好きなの!/あなたを愛してます!
