my balls sweat quite a bit, why is this?

Because your hot and its hot outside. But I would make sure that you keep them cool if you want to have kids one day. If they get too hot, your sperm will cook and you might not be able to spread your seed one day.
Now that is a stupid answer for a stupid question. Any part of your body is going to sweat when its hot!

Try tying a tablecloth around your head. Check to see if you begin to sweat. There's no airflow in our undies, so there's hardly any way for the temp to escape. Result, hot sweaty balls.

because it's hot outside and stuff, also because your really turned on or dont give them enought room down there. Don't worrie I and some people like that.
