It depends on how many other countries can be drawn into this frey thinking that they can either end it or gain something from it. Either way it will turn out a disaster for both Israel Lebonon and even the Hisbola (SP) They will have less of a young generation to carry on after they are gone.

I beleive we are DEFINITELY in world war three right now. The U.S. Called out evil and drew a line in the sand. All the evil in the world is starting to stick it's ugly head out and the good is running straight to it. The world has been divide into two parts now. I would also definitely say Israel is on one side of the war and Lebonon is on the other.

Don't you just hate it when people respond but don't answer? The reason why you are hearing that Star, is because Israel is friends with the US and Lebanon is friends with Iran (who is freinds with China and Russia, plus they have lots of oil) and the idea is if the war gets worse, they might drag their friends into it which would make more and more countries go to war. I honestly don't think that China and Russia would go to war with anyone over Iran's supposed right to destroy Israel, though.

No, the media and the government are simply trying to scare you, because they know that when Americans are scared they will run out and buy lots of things. This conflict will be over in a matter of weeks, just like every other conflict that Israel starts.

a world war is declared when many countries are involved. though there is a lot of fighting going on, only 2 countries are involved, which means it is not a world war. if more countries get involved, then yes, it could develop into one.

no dear....wots happening between Lebanon and Israel is only lack of acceptance of two children as each other's neighbours...when two children quarrel their sane adult parents (rest of the world) could only be expected to encourage them to get along with each other and not jump in with their own weapons to support their children in a petty fight.
So go on back to sleep dear....all is fine.

I would have used three "I"s instead of "1"s. Like WW III, it looks better. Yours looks like "World War One Hundred And Eleven"

No...for it to be a WORLD WAR...more than the two countries have to be involved. Where did you get this idea from?
