Unfortunately the average American don't know anything beyond the U.S. borders. Not only they don't know about Israel, but they don't know about other parts of the world.

Same reason most of the world is void of American history...in fact most Americans don't even know their own history.
Is it the duty of the US public educational system to teach Israeli history?
I think though that most do understand the facts of the history of Israel and basics of its government. As far as the PPL, they have been portrayed as an extremist group throughout the media.

Money my pal! Israeli's loopy controlling the life in the USA, economics, press, media .... etc. and most of the life in the US, in one of the conversations, one of the guys said US like a company the president is the manager of it and the government is the management .. so the management is controlling the manager ... imagine most of the management r Israelis and the manager is just a spokes man of the company, otherwise, note that the president when he talks about the Arab and Muslim world, he speaks as president of USA but when he talk about Israeli's Matter or CASE he will talk as a spokes man of Ministry of Defense or Foreign Affairs.
so the Americana's are controlled by Loopy .. THATS ALL

If you are asking why are the misinformed, it is probably #1 they don't care and #2 they don't read the bible and have no idea that this goes back to Isaac and Ishmael and the promise of God.

they are only programed to work for uncle sam .IF you look at every career path offered to young people it has something to do with uncle sam and his army .
they would not want children to form an opinion based on true history so they teach nothing to them leaving them blank for military service or government employe .THOSE that show any kind of intrest or knowledge for the truth are run out of school and branded as trouble makers and miscrients.
