I have a lump in the roof of my mouth. It is very sore and isn't discolored. What could it be?

IT COULD BE A CANKER SORE. TRY RINSING WITH SALT AND WARM WATER. IF THAT DOESN'T WOTK TRY RINSING WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND WATER.
