Im not looking for a site that will put my photos into black and white pics i just would like to transfer them into drawings if possible

use filters in photoshop. or trace your drawing in illustrator to create a vector drawing. You can also use the paint program that comes on every computer. just upload you photo and trace.

You can always try the free image editing software called "Gimp". Its free to download and to use. It has all the filters you will need to turn your pictures into drawings (Colored pencil, Chalk, Pastel, Ink, etc).

Yahoo! Photos does it. Just upload some pics & go to edit & special effects I think is what you click on. they have all kinds of different options.
***Rotate, borders & more is what you click on...not special effects. Then you can crop, & do all kinds of stuff.
