I'm British and I haven't yet met anyone who voted for labour, but they got back into government. I've been told that other European countries see him as a good leader. So this is my question, do other countries think Tony Blair is a good leader of the UK and how do you think he represents the UK population?

I think Tony Blair is an educated, smart person and is doing a fine job as a leader. I really pay attention to his analogy and political reflections when he inputs his thoughts regarding our situations in the United States.

I believe he is an excellent leader. Strong, Forceful, tons of integrity, a man of principle. I think he represents the UK very well. Perhaps not quite in the same league as Churchill, and Thatcher, but he looks great from here in the US.

I've watched him speak to Parliament, I listened to him on the news. I like him. He has Great Britain's best interest at heart. He is pure 100% British, and for that I respect him. He did a great job handling everything after the London bombings. I know nothing of the domestic issues, I just know what I see internationally. But I guess you all seemed to like clinton, and we wanted him buried in grants tomb.
I love our President and what he's doing. I like that Tony is working to also do the right thing. He is fighting for Great Britain.

He isn't a bad leader except the fact that I fundamentally disaprove of socialism and the labour party is a socialist organization.

Is it obvious to anyone else these people have limited knowledge of British politics?

Principal? Integrity? Ha! Although I'm British so my vote doesn't count.

i've seen him on tv before (televised sessions from house of commons?) and he sounds like a man of integrity to me. i personally admire him for joining the war on terror. too bad more europeans don't realize that this is a battle against islamic fascism that affects everybody in the free world. tony blair has the guts to fight the good fight.

Courageous, he is bucking his own people for the most part. It seems like most brits are against the war on terrorists... guess they like them.
I heard he sung a very different tune on the election road... not sure why the change... but it has been stark.
