im about 120 pounds and im about 5'4-5'5 and im 13. im not fat but im not skinny i wanna be one of those girls that r skinny skinny but i dont know whut to eat and whut excersizes and thigns to do

you are a skinny. dont say ur not. cuz u r. AND DONT DO SITUPS!!! if you have any fat around the middle it just pushes it out, Trust me.
But you should buy a 3 or 7 lb. hula hoop. 5 or 3 mins. burns as many calories as running a mile!!!! isnt that awesome?????????
Salads are yummy. woohoo.
Btw im 13 and im going through the same thing. Im like 20 lbs heavier than u tho.... but whatever. and just so you know... dont use a scale, measure your waist and legs.... it is much more effective and realistic. your weight varies about 5 lbs from day to day, Yesterday i was 138, the day before im 143, today 140. See...

Well All girls wieght go with there hieght if you about 5'4 120 pounds thats Average size for your age dont worry. My best friend Is about your height and you guys weigh the same. Its Fine. Lindsay lohan is only weighs 117 pounds !and shes taller than you! so Keep yur head up you dont need to loose! If you reach about 130 or higher I would Recomend shaping up!

Most guys dont like girls who are TOO skinny if your aiming for 5-10 pounds that's alright start jogging every morning and eat more fruits and vegetables and less crap. Just excersise whenever you possibly can.

OMG ok you are a GREAT size....why do you want to go and make yourself unhealthy. LIVE LONGER, stay the way you are....PLEASE.....
stay healthy - dont eat sweets, lay off the cokes (drink more water), and do sit ups before bed.
