A funnel clouds will be 4 miles east of me in 30 mins and it is heading in our direction. Should we take cover now they turned on the sirens outside already for about 5 minutes. Do we still have a little time or should we take cover now.

Go! Take cover!

Actually, it sounds like you've got time; a lot can happen to a tornado in thirty minutes. I would be watching a television station or listening to a radio station that is continually reporting its progress, though. Don't wait too long. May God bless and keep you.

Get off your damn computer and run for the basement. I also don't believe you because no one in real impending danger would ask a question like this on Yahoo! Answers and then wait for the responses. This is why we have things like survival instict. Like you'd lose anything by taking cover too early! C'mon on! Maybe someday our survival instinct will be replaced by responses from Yahoo! Answers, but until then, use what you've got!

I would take cover. I've been in a building when a tornado ripped the roof off of it. Kinda scary. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I'd take the battery powered radio and flashlight, and get the heck into that safe place. Now.
