I really like Goat's Milk bar soap since it is
great for the softness. What other products
that is a soap bar that are just as equally good or if not better.
I have tried Dove, but I don't feel it as adequate as the goats milk.

Stick with the Goat's Milk. It's the best I've found and I've tried them all.

I use real soap usually handmade by cold or hot process--the kind that you see at craft fairs. The oils I look for are Emu, shea butter, almond oil, avocado oil, and grapeseed oil just to name a few. The kind you see at the grocery store is not always soap. Look at the ingredients, you'll see they are actually detergents.

My dermatologist told me to either use aveno or dove on your skin. Any soaps that are vegetable based is ok.
