Today me and my girlfriend decided to have sex. We had not had sex in about 5 weeks so it has been a while. When she got on top of me, she said that she felt pain in her abdoment area or even right below the abdomen. What could it be? Should I be worried? Is it because we had not had sex in a while thats the reason?

Her vagina was on post-period.This period is very rare,she isn`t ill,but those 5 weeks were the time when she had to be on "top".What am I telling to you is like an unwrited story from the begining of the world.So,you better go with her at an ginecologyst.

She is probably just near her period and all so her "girl bits" are swollen. I have the same thing happen to me at certain times of the month. It's no big deal.
However, someone else who answered suggested cysts. It wouldn't hurt for her to get checked out just in case. She should be checked once a year anyways.

She should have her cervix checked out, and also check for ovarian cysts - had the same experience twice...once it was cervical cancer, second time it was it was ovarian cysts.
