I'm 13, have been wearing a bra for some months, my mom makes me (actually she´s right, I do need one), but I cant get used. I'd like some tips:
I need support, my bras have 3 or even 4 hooks in the back. Kinda hard to clip in the back. Any clue?:
Though my bras are good, sometimes they chafe and itch a bit. Is there a solution?
Sometimes my bras, especially the straps shows. I get embarrassed, seems everyone is staring at me. Im a bit shy. What should I do in such cases and what can I do to avoid this?
When it's hot, they make me sweat? Any solution?
I guess bras are something we just have to wear no matter if we like it or not, right? It's a female burden
And a last question: If sometimes I take off my bra when mom is not around and put it on again later, then, well, is this, say, wrong? If I do this woould u say I'm not a good girl? Would I deserve a punishment? (I promised mom I'll never do this, but sometimes bras are a pain)
Thank you ladies for your time!

Everything you asked is pretty normal. if you need help putting it on, try hooking it in front first with the straps down, and then turn it around and pull it up, and pull the straps on... it's a lot easier when youre first getting used to it.
and also, the feeling you have to get used to. don't worry, just wear them long enough and it'll be ok. just try making it a little looser.
about your last question about taking it off and putting it back on, i used to have a friend who did that because she got embarassed. it doesn't mean you're a bad or anything it's just that you haven't settled into your new role.
hope that helps!

GO to Victoria's Secret - they do fittings for free to make sure you are wearing the RIGHT SIZE! This is important. A bra will NEVER be comfortable if you are wearing the WRONG SIZE.
You can try front closure bras, a lot easier to put on. And sometimes racer-back bras give more support.
As for bras showing, I used to be embarassed at your age too... I always wore tank tops under my clothes to cover the straps and such. That was a bit bothersome. YOu can wear crew tops or other more modest cuts that will cover your shoulders and your bra straps. But the way I look at it... if you have breasts, most people know you are wearing a bra, there is nothing wrong if your strap pokes through every now and then.
I don't think you deserve punishment. Bras are hard to get used to and are very uncomfortable in the beginning, but you will get used to it and it will be OK.

Wow.Sounds like your bras are even bigger than mine.I mean as far as coverage goes, anyway. When I was your age,I wore smaller ones that fastened in the front.I wear one all the time, now, even when sleeping.I just feel weird without one.Maybe you need something a little lighter until you get used to it.Have you ever tried a sports bra?You can get them that fasten in the front and they offer support without being too tight or constricting. You could give one a try.I wish you luck.I've never had trouble like yours,so I can't help much.Just stay away from underwire for a while. You probably don't need it and will just end up taking them out after a while. That's what I did when I first tried it.Taking off your bra when you're at home is not bad. Most of my friends don't wear a bra at home, and some of them don't wear them when they're out,and these are 30+ women on the heavy side.Life is too short to fret about boobs!

Get your mom to take you to Victoria's Secret and get a Racer Back bra. That is one that you can wear with tank tops or T-shirts and it doesn't show. Make sure that you get fitted for one and they are the best place to get the right size. If you are getting the chafing, then the bra isn't the right size around your ribs and it is pulling up and rubbing. When you get the right size, it should feel like you aren't wearing one at all. I have a 12 year old girl and that is where I get hers. They cost a bit more, but well worth her comfort.

To clip a bra, put the clips on in front, and turn it around, then slid your arms in the straps.
For chaffing, itching and sweatiness, use powder.
If you are concerned about people seeing your straps, wear a tank top to cover straps, or buy one with clear plastic straps.
I feel like if you are in the privacy of your home or room, you should be allowed to be comfy.
Also, sport bras are more comfortable that regular bras, and can offer good support.
Why don't you talk to your mom about these ?'s. She should be glad to help you!!!.
You can contact me if you have other ?'s. I'll answer if I can!!!

Yes, bras are a pain, but you get used to them. (Rather you learn to live with them). The best advice I can give you is to go shopping. Try on lots of diferent bras and try out lots of them. No bras are created equal. They all are different shapes, materials, they support diffrently. What hurts me may be comfortable for you and vice-versa. There's also a difference depending on your size, and it makes a difference what kind of clothes you are wearing over the bra. Usually the bigger you are the harder it is to find a comfortable one, but that's not always the case. It all boils down to trial and error. You have to just keep trying different ones until you find the one for you. Once you do find the right bra, go back and buy a bunch of them. Dont' feel bad, you are perfectly normal. We've all been there.
Best of luck.

why don't you just go shopping for a better bra thats more comfortable, you sound like your wearing a fricking courset, (put it around you so the snap is in the front and close it then turn it around and put the straps on your shoulders) i've also found that wearing those tanks tops with the built in shaper bras are comfortable and you don't have to keep adjusting them as much

Put your bra on in the front and then u can flip the hooks to the back and plop them in that way.
kinda hard to explain this, im sure ur mom knows this handy trick ask her. Also put some baby powder on before u put the bra on, that usually keeps those areas dry.

appears like your mom is being somewhat demanding on you. i have worn a bra considering that i develop into 13, i'm 32 now, and that i nonetheless hate it, yet because of my length, I kinda ought to positioned on one...properly, for my own convenience. i don't think of any lady ought to experience compelled to positioned on a bra, merely because society, or their mom needs them to. For you, when you're having a demanding time clipping your bras, you could get the variety that hook in the front, or, you could positioned it on like regular yet previously you position your breasts in the cups, pull the bra up larger in the front, which will make it decrease in the lower back, you could clip it, then pull it lower back down and cup it. For chafing, make optimistic your bra isn't too tight. you may choose to attempt bras made from diverse (organic) textile, attempt to stay with cotton if in any respect conceivable. As for being sweaty, a touch toddler powder ought to also help. As for embarrassment at the same time as your strap shows, you have not any rationalization for that. you're a mushy lady dealing with a common level in existence and also you need to experience no shame...for situations at the same time as it ought to't be prevented, merely regulate the strap. do not be ashamed, be proud.
