Don't listen to these guys... No you can't get a disease from jerking off, you cant get it from someone else sperm either (unless they have an std or some other disease) you cant get from lubes or jell or crazy lubes, or from sex toys (unless they were used by someone with a disease), and last but not least you can't get it from being naive.
It's normal for a guy to jack off (jo), so enjoy yourself. Do what you want to do, and what you think is right.
