she should be glad that's all he did. Around here, they don't taser you, they either smash you with a night stick until you can't possibly move or they just shoot you in the head. How I love America! They killed a guy I knew not 2 blocks from my house for wreckless driving.

volts don't kill you; current does.
Volts is a measurement of potential difference. Depending on what the resistance(Ohms) was will tell you how much current went through her.
Look up the definitions of (1)voltage
(2)current
(3)ohms
If you know the value of two of these factors you can easily calculate the third value.
