what do i need to open an orphanage school?

that is a really nice idea. first of all you will have to find sponsors, and then look for a place to either build or a building that has a lot of space for good rent. From there i think yu will have to get an license or some sort of permission from the government, so they know what is going on and you are doing everything legally. that should be a good start right?
