I watched both the "traffic stop" and the "arrest" videos. I've never liked tasers or other things like that, but from the situation, it appears that the first time was justifiable, especially if it's true that she took a swing at him (I couldn't see on the video). The second time, though, when she was on the ground, I find it hard to understand why she had to be tased again.

Yup!!!
She refused the officers orders and was warned she would be tazed.
Had to edit this to address the two folks below. Watch the other video clips and see how aggressive she is from the start. She is telling the officer he had no right to stop her and she is disobeying a direct order from a law officer.
Also if you think it is easy to handcuff someone, try it sometimes. Just because they are two big men and she is a woman doesn't me crap if someone doesn't want to be cuffed. So until you have tried it, been in their shoes, just shut the hell up.

Oh my god that was awful. She should have gotten out of the car, but refusing to do so is hardly a taserable (?) offense. Especially twice. I would be afraid to get out of the car myself. The police scare the crap out of me. I've never been pulled over before, is it customary to be asked to get out of the car?

It would never have happened if she had listened to the officer....he warned her several times that she was going to get tased if she did not get out of the car.

WOW that was really horrible.. granted she did not get out of the car..but.. he could have done better than that...It seemed he had a really bad attitude to me.. and he Tased her 2 times!!!!! like those two men could not have handled it better.then to say that she tried to strike one of them..hmmmmmm i think this really needs to be looked into....
