I challenge all of you who are left and right to read up on the history of lebanon, Israel, the mideast, our policies that support israel and even the actual event that started what will soon be referred to as WW3.

READ. Learn the history because no one seems to know what they talk about.

Arab countries are terrorists.
Israelis are terrorists.
US is a terrorist country.

Pick up a F***ing book. Stop listening to Anne Coulter. Stop Listening to Michael Moore. Do your own research. It takes time. It takes deduction. But the truth is out there. And even if your opinion stays the same, at least it will become an...

EDUCATED OPINION

are amongst several that obviously missed the point. I'm not trying to change minds, just trying to get you to make sure your opinions are backed by factual events.

I am VERY well educated in the things I argue. If I run into something I don't know, I say, "I can't argue that".

Thank you three for being bright, shining examples of people who can't follow directions from a fairly simple challenge and refuse to look through an objective looking glass.

It sounds as if you have taken it upon yourself to define terrorism to fit your needs, but maybe you found this in a book.

How is reading a book to get references and history any different than listening to Anne Coulter or Michael Moore? They are all filled with opinions and facts, some more than others, but just the mere "reading" will not give the reader anything extra in the way of intelligence. A true schoolar will listen to everything, read everything and take everything in and then base his opinion on what he has observed. It is not wrong to share the same ideals and opinion as a Rush or Frankhen, as long as you understand what that opinion is. Everything we know comes from other people. Very rarely does an original thought in regards to events like this, truly come to pass.

Beware of anyone who calls themselves "educated" as this is merely their way of having some self gratification in their feeling of superiority. Oh you may spell better than everyone and your grammar may be better also, and you may even be "educated" in your own mind. But there is a decency, optimism and love and respect of fellow man that you are severely lacking in because of your own self proclaimed importance.

I dont have an opinion on the middle east . I dont take time to research the issues. I dont take time to research the candidates running for president either , thats why I dont vote. I dont want to vote for a president just because the media says good or bad stuff about them. That would be like voting for Mr popular in high school. I do believe that people that dont vote should voice there opinion so informed individuals as your self know how politics are affecting the population. I would rather see 30% of educated people vote than to see the whole population vote for the guy that has the best campaign promises. Thank you and keep up the good work

Many works do I read to date,
I have no less then eight volumes on this night late.
The Fourth Turning, Strauss and Howe,
Again through that I have to plow.
The Book Your Church Doesn’t Want You to Read,
Fills the Critic's many needs.
Ellis’ Druids was left behind,
I have to put that in the line.
Publishing Magazine Articles is so very dear,
To learn better my adopted craft is clear.
Lost Art of the Great Speech
Need to know how best to teach.
American Theocracy is also a call,
It details the nation’s pending fall.
The Gnostic Gospels are a light read,
They give me peace when I am in need.
And the last one, I’ve abandoned hope,
In the Grimoire for the Apprentice Wizard I’ve longed to soak.
Too much reading that is yet to be done,
On this night, I’ve only begun.

It's good to hear something smart once in a while.

It seems that most people think that life is a movie and there MUST be a good guy and there MUST be a bad guy.

It's every individual's right to have a opinion (how ever I may wish is wasn't so) but I least know what you are talking about before opening your mouth.

Do you really think you can change our minds? The US is not a terrorist country. If it was we would control most of the globe by now. Israel is not a terrorist country. Protecting your citizens is not an act of terrorism.

You have your beliefs. Don't tell me what mine should be!

What you are forgetting in your challenge is to tell them how long it will take. These wars have been going on for eons. There is no longer a right or wrong side. Each one is equally screwed up. Including us.

But we have so many problems internally, we have no right to really be pointing fingers at other nations.

You are absolutely correct. People, like sheep, like cattle, love to be lead and lead down the path of least resistance. Anne Coulter ... Coulter-geist. EEEEEgad!
