easy, Lady In the Water is a fairy tale By M. Night Shyamlan and was thought up by him and his kids. It's a fairy tale about a water nymph/sprite who comes to the world of the people who live in this hotel. Soon the people discover that they are a part of a fairy tale and they each have a part to help save her. meanwhile they are attacked by a creature that's like a wolf that is supposed to be a gaurdian but becomes dark and everything is amiss to her, so they need to help her to save them all.
