If you took the picture then there shouldn't be any reason why you cannot post them other than invasion of privacy. You also have the right to sell them. It is hard to prove cases like that because if someone is sunbathing where people can see them then they are likely going to get their picture taken. Many people have lawyers that send out cease and disist letters mostly so you will take the pictures down but they do not have the legal right to do so, but if you keep them up then they might try to do some other legal manuvering and make it expensive for you. That is why it is a good idea to sell the pictures, that way it is the company that posts them, the one with money, that has to deal with the lawyers.

Well, there are certainly laws against taking pictures of peoples property, but I don't know whether a person owns the copyright to their own image. After all, every picture is a slightly different distortion... hmmm... if nothing else, celebrities can usually use attention, and when they can't it's just too costly to try and sue every single person that takes their picture.

Well freedom of the press allows them to have access. . .but I think sometimes they can be in trouble if they are like, invading on private property to get those pictures. It's a very fine line.

You can take pictures of whoever and whatever you want, so it's not illegal to post these pictures or videos, unless of course it would be pornographic, or on private property.

What's illegal is to do an audio recording without permission.

in case you've been in a public position, he can take the photo. in case you've been bare, underage, and so on., then that could be unlawful. regrettably, it is what celebrities manage daily.
