I get Consumer Reports Magazine and the 2 top rated last year I believe were Crest Premium White Strips and Colgate Simply White Night. I have used them both and would have to agree that they both work well it just depends on your lifestyle. If you can spend a 1/2 hour 2x each day with the strips on your teeth and can afford to spend a little more $ than go with the white strips (make sure you get the premium ones). The Colgate is a gel that you apply before going to bed and that's it... I alternated between the 2, when I had the time I used the strips and when I didn't I used the Gel. Hope this helps

What I have found that worked for me is the Crest Whitening Strips...Safe? I would say yes because nothing bad happened. But the side effects do include sore and sensitive teeth for a few days, but the end result is well worth it!
Or if you're willing to spend a lot more, either get a kit from your dentist or the special teeth whitening programs dentists offer.

a toothbrush, never been proven to have side effects....throw some paste into the mix and you have yourself a custom tailored tooth whitening machine!

Don't drink coffee and stop smoking. Your dentist can clean your teeth also.

tooth whitners are that large and they ***** your tooth u by inflicting damage to the tooth, i'm getting my tooth deepwhite by the dentist, it is going to likely be the in-place of work bleaching one.
