The humor was very deadpan. And, they got laughs of the public, without trying very hard, unlike other movies where the humor can be so crass and annoying. The characters were like so American Gothic, like the painting.

It's humor was unique--a lot of movies today have the same old jokes. But this one was different, the mood and odd jokes helped make it funny.

on the advice of my then ten year previous granddaughter i did no longer worry to reveal screen it. She thought it exchange into surely stupid. i do unlike numerous of those stupid undercover agent spoof video clips that i won't be in a position of keep in mind the names of the two. With "mini me" and "yeah infant". I hate those.

i have no idea....personally i thought it was the stupidest movie ive ever seen...i didnt think it was funny at all....it was just dumb, and it depresses me because i know ill never get that hour and a half of my life back.

The oddness of the characters, and the scary reality that they reminded most of us of people we know. :-)

It was simple the humor ......and so much like real life that you can understand where its coming from cause you know people like that ..............
