I have a daughter who is looking for skirts in women's sizes she is a size 16 in women. Please help!

I wonder if you mean she is women's size 16 or child's size 16 ? you should be able to get a child's size 16 ask at lowes or where they sell the uniforms. if you daughter is a ladies size 16 then ask the shop to call the manufacture could make her on. they did for my daughter that was too small for the smallest size they made when she first started shcool but that was a lot of years ago.
