♡Well, if you can't tell them apart when you see them, you can if you hear them speaking! The languages will give you a clue! Japanese and Chinese... are totally different as are all languages. I live in Japan and so perhaps it's easier for me...♡

I hope this isn't meant to be a racist question. But I have wondered the same. Often you can guess an Asian's ethnicity by their surname. A Korean would most likely have the name "Park, Lee, and Kim" because those are the three most common surnames in Korea. A Japanese would have longer names and it'd sound more Japanese, if you know what I mean. Chinese names tend to be monosyllabic. Vietnamese names... I think they just have weird spelling.

As for appearance... I'm not too sure. I think that some groups have more prominent noses, higher cheekbones, etc. It would probably vary widely in China because it's such a big country; A minority group in China (the Miao) even have some blond-haired, blue-eyed people cuz of their recent Caucasian heritage.

Talk to someone from any other country and ethinicity and they'll tell you all white people look the same. Not that everyone is racist, everyone just grew up differently. But you can also learn by making friends. When you look at a crowd everyone looks the same but if you knew 2 or 3 people you'd be able to pick 'em out.

Have you suspect IRIS but? Sooo well. It's like movement/romance. That's the most up-to-date one I've watched. Or how approximately Shining Inheritace? It's plenty of affection/drama. You would like that extra. Plus, Lee Seug Gi is in it!

koreans have last names of Kim, Yi, Yook, Lee, Park, Oh, Choi, Cho, You, Yoo and more
but never ask an asian are u japanese or chinese because many asians get annoyed or insulted or tired of that question....

Same way you tell a Pole from a Frenchman, a Norwegian from a German, an Italian from a Spaniard.

How long have you been like this?

I would imagine white people or black people all look the same to the orientals too. If you really want to know the difference, study their structure.
