verbal, and emotional abuse, Ihave no job and affraidof him. have 2 children and i am not leaving my house

You can't get out of a bad marriage if you choose not to leave honey. Think first of the situation you are putting your children in and then think of their well being. Have you asked him to leave? If he is abusive you can have him thrown out but you have to be certain this is what you want because once you do it, you will have to put a restraint on him to keep him away. Call your attorney and find out your options. It should not cost for a consultation and a bit of advise.

I bet you forgot to put physical too! You need help from somebody. Possibly a women's battered shelter! Take your children and take the bus! If you are sure you are ready to leave, then leave, don't ever come back!
