I refuse to use public restrooms...yuck!
we travel by car a lot, and i always wait til i get to where we r goin! longest trip we take driving is 8 hours! yeah i am usually ready to explode by then! People tell me it's bad to wait that long. Why is it bad? Is it harmful to wait for long periods of time!

well you could get a bladder infection if you hold in your pee to long.
if your really grossed out to touch the toilets. then squat over them. or use a toilet liner.
its not that bad.
public restrooms cant be open if there unsanitary.
there cleaned. nd checked monthly by a inspector.

Yes, when you wait you have a greater chance of getting a UTI also known as a urinary track infection which can be very painful when you go. And can be given to a partner during sex. If severe it can also cause a kidney infection.

yes because you bladder gets distended, and in the future you would have problems to contain urine for long periods of time, so just take all the proper hygiene measures and use the public toilets

never hold it to long you can hurt your bladder or eventually get a bladder infection, when you use a public restroom just hoover over the toilet so u dont have to touch it and pee! never hold it! girl you will get an infection! be careful

ya you can get this thing called fecal retention...i had it 20% of all people have it...most dont even know it but its bad...its from holding it...you can get #2 all back like behind your ribs and stuff...it reallly hurts..and you have to take this milk that makes you poop nonstop...

I have the same problem. but it causes urinary tract infections, and weaken the musles that control not peeing on yourself.

im not sure if its harmful or not but .. idk try to overcome your fear. bring those toliet covers and if you really must, your own TP and hand sanitizer. good luck.
