I'm looking for a purse that is around 10Hx2Wx15L" and $16.00 or under. PLEASE help, it's for back to school and I'd really like to have bought it buy the time school starts (two weeks left).

If you hit a big sale at any of the major dept stores (i.e. Macy's, Bloomingdales, Saks, Neiman's, Filenes), you can find adorable and high quality purses for $16.00 and under. There will be a lot of 'Back to School Sales' coming up and a lot of major sales after the school starts. However, most major dept stores usually have some type of sale going on, especially this time of year.
I would also check eBay. They have a huge selection of purses for great prices! I have gotten a lot of great deals on handbags and shoes from eBay. You may also want to check http://www.overstock.com as well. Both of these sites usually ship very quickily.
I would also recommend checking out Marshall’s or TJ Maxx. They have an enormous selection of various purses, handbags, baguettes, and totes, for amazingly reasonable (as well as cheap) prices. Most of the products you will find there are of high quality as well. I suggest going to any of these stores on a Tuesday, when they get their shipments in, so you have the pick of the litter.
If none of these option seem viable, I would suggest checking out Old Navy, NY & Company, H & M, and even Target. The quality amy not be as great as the aforementioned, but you can get a hip styish bag at a cheap price from one of these places.

EBAY!!!! Of course Just Go to ebay.com type in purses ands they have purses for even $10 or less. And Name Brand Purses you can get for cheap! Like Luis Vuiition You can get for like $50 dollars while the original price is about 400 bucks. So yeah ebay is the best route!

the best places to buy an inexspensive purse is target, rugged wearhouse and WALMART! but i dont think youll want to be running around all day, it just depends on your fav. store out of the 3. all the stores have all different sizes, from teeny tiny, to large totes. i think the most exspensive one youll find is probably $30. im thinking of gettin a new purse from there b4 school starts.

Winners have a massive kind of handbags for a well cost. um if you do not nessarly want dressmaker ones (LV, bet and so forth) then simply keep round at your nearby mall eg. i located a handbag that used to be lovely lovely for $five or even one for $three the opposite day and no, they wern't buck retailer ones. honestly they had been in abercombie
