Police policies of when and how to taser a person are way too liberal. We as americans need to to our elected officials that we only want tasers to be used in deadly situations. Police officers will tase people for small resaons because their policies allow it. Ive even read news stories about innocent people getting tased because they were mistaken for somebody else.

Cops should be able to assure their safety on the job. If someone wants to fight ,resist or talk on the phone, rather than obey the law, then I say, " taser them til they scream like a girl and piss like a puppy".

There are corrupt cops, however, it wouldn't be wise to take the taser option away. Cops are already restricted with using their weapons and many have died because of these restrictions. If cops are trained properly, the public shouldn't have to worry about how and why they use their weapons. Their job is to protect us. How are they supposed to do that when you take away the weapons that are used to defend themselves. Most people that get the taser deserve that and more. It is not like the cops go out on Friday night to see how many kids and adults they can use the taser on. C'mon, think about it!

I'm quite sure the police don't go around randomly tasing people, although it might relieve some of the monotony of the job. Here's an idea, friggin cooperate if they want to talk to you. If you are really "innocent", you have nothing to fear. If you want sympathy, you might want to post this in teen/preteens instead of motorcycles.

For the few that might get tased that are innocent, there are loads of lowlifes that deserve more . Tasers rule !!!

I saw this one video where this drunk and belligerent guy got tasered in the neighborhood of 10 times before he gave up. Now THAT was funny!
